A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Consultant in Emergency Medicine to join their established team at Darlington Memorial Hospital. The Urgent and Emergency Care team, DMH comprises of ED, SDEC and AMU. There have been significant changes to the Front of House with the addition of Same Day Emergency Care and the agreed expansion of the medical workforce which makes us an attractive place to work for anyone who wishes to experience true team work between clinicians, managers and patients.

We provide hospital services from two acute sites - Darlington Memorial Hospital and University Hospital of North Durham. We have a centre for planned care in Bishop Auckland and provide care from community hospitals in Chester-le-Street, Shotley Bridge, Barnard Castle, Sedgefield and Weardale as well as over 80 other community based settings and providing care in patients' homes.
