Construction Project Manager - Permanent - Growing Business

Working Arrangements: Office based/site work

Full Time, Permanent

Salary circa £70-75k + car allowance

My client are a specialist within structural steelwork fabrication and site services. Due to a number of large scale projects won, with prospect for more, they are looking to appoint a Construction Project Manager. This individual will join them on a permanent basis and support with the projects scope as well as business growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead Construction Project Management for structural steelwork projects, supporting project scope and business growth plans.

Qualifications

• Around 5-8+ years post graduate experience
• Construction Project Management
• Structural Steelwork projects (ideal)
• Previous experience working for a main or sub-contractor
• Ambition and drive to join a small, but growing business
• 3-5+ years experience with UK based projects
• Eligible for airside passes – able to pass vetting and background checks
