Qualifications

• Strong background in construction or building procurement is essential.
• Proven experience in finalizing orders and managing procurement packages.
• Previous experience at Buyer, Senior Buyer, or Procurement Manager level.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for the project.
• Finalise orders and ensure accurate documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support cost control, negotiation, and value engineering efforts.
• Maintain procurement schedules and track order progress.
