Qualifications

• Educated to HND and/or degree level.
• Proven track record of winning profitable work in pre-construction environments.
• Strong understanding of design and tendering processes.
• Excellent management of the PCSA period.
• Ability to research projects and clients.
• Competent across multiple software platforms including Microsoft Office, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Full UK driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate input from the bid team of construction professionals.
• Create and present high-quality bidding documents.
• Submit completed bids to existing and prospective customers.
• Develop strategy around cost, programme and logistics.
• Lead and manage the PCSA stage of projects.
• Establish winning strategies and implement writing plans for quality lead bids.
