  • Knowledge or experience of SVQs and work-based learning
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Supporting and assessing learners in the workplace to achieve their qualifications
  • Providing guidance, feedback, and encouragement throughout their learning journey
  • Building strong relationships with learners and employers
  • Developing learning materials and maintaining accurate compliance records
  • Taking part in standardisation and quality assurance activities
  • Delivering short training courses as required
  • Meeting individual and team KPIs
What's on Offer:
  • Competitive salary (based on experience)
  • Flexible working options
