Concrete Repair Supervisor

North London | Full-time | Permanent

About the Role

A leading specialist contractor is looking for an experienced Concrete Repair Supervisor to oversee projects across North London. The role involves managing site activities, ensuring works are completed to specification, and maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise concrete repair works on live sites, including patch repairs, coatings, crack injection and structural strengthening
• Plan daily workload, manage operatives and ensure labour and materials are available
• Carry out toolbox talks, RAMS briefings and ensure compliance with site safety procedures
• Monitor progress against programme and report issues to the Project Manager
• Ensure works meet technical specifications and QA requirements
• Liaise with clients, engineers and other stakeholders on site
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily records, inspections and sign‑offs
• Promote a positive and safe working culture on site

Requirements

• Proven experience in concrete repair supervision within construction or civil engineering
• Strong understanding of repair methods and relevant standards
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• CSCS Supervisor card
• First Aid (preferred)
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read drawings and interpret technical information
