Company Overview

We are a small but growing IT refurbishment company specialising in high-quality refurbished servers and components. While much of our work involves Supermicro hardware, we also handle a wide variety of enterprise-grade IT equipment. Our goal is to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions that extend the life of IT systems and reduce e-waste.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, and refurbish servers and related hardware.
  • Test and replace defective components including CPUs, RAM, storage, and motherboards.
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and firmware.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure refurbished equipment meets company standards.
  • Document repairs, part usage, and test results accurately.
  • Help maintain stock of spare parts and organise inventory.
  • Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and quality.
  • Ensuring tidiness and efficiency of your work area, including personal and warehouse area.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of server hardware components and diagnostics.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair down to the component level.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
Preferred Skills (Not Essential)
  • Familiarity with enterprise-grade hardware, especially Supermicro or similar.
