Business Administrator – Myerson
Location: Manchester
Salary: £51,000 per annum
Contract: Full‑time, Permanent (40 hours per week). No sponsorship is offered.
Hours: Full‑time / In Office (35 hours per week with flexible start and finish times).

Responsibilities
- Provide general administration assistance across the firm – scanning, photocopying, deed scheduling, assembling bibles and bundles, handling incoming and outgoing post, archiving (in and out), managing office supplies, and related tasks.
- Assist with front‑of‑house reception duties and provide reception cover on a rota basis to ensure all visitors receive an exceptional visitor experience.
- Set up and maintain client and matter records on the SOS system and take responsibility for facilitating client onboarding.
- Produce and update daily, weekly and monthly exception reports.
- Process storage requests and verify that meeting rooms and departmental stationery cupboards are clean and restocked with stationery and refreshments.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels of stationery and office supplies.
- Welcome clients and visitors to the office, offering refreshments where appropriate.
- Assist with the operation of the telephone switchboard when required.
- Always provide exceptional customer service to clients and solicitors.
- Check meeting room calendars and coordinate meeting room schedules.
- Assist in the setup of meeting rooms for seminars and events.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly attentive to detail and capable of taking and acting on instructions.
- Flexible, proactive and capable of managing a varied workload.
- Previous experience in an administration role is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience working in a law firm or professional services business is useful but not a prerequisite.
- An undergraduate law degree is a plus for individuals seeking their first experience in a law firm.
