Job Description
As a Compliance Monitoring & Reporting Associate as part of the Depositary department in UK, you will be responsible for supporting the effective operation of the second line of defence. You will ensure that the regulatory risk & compliance framework across IQ EQ Depositary Company (UK) Limited ("the DepCo") is implemented, maintained, and continuously improved. This includes identifying gaps, weaknesses, and emerging risks through regular monitoring activities, which serve as an early warning mechanism. Based on these findings, you will prepare recommendations for consideration by the Compliance Officer and/or Risk & Compliance Committee.
