Premier Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting a successful and fast-growing SME with the recruitment of a Compliance & Client Relationship Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and energetic individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is motivated by delivering exceptional client outcomes.

This is not your typical 9-5 role. We are seeking someone with the resilience, enthusiasm and commitment to work in a high-performing team where effort and results are rewarded.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience through regular, proactive communication via phone, email and SMS.
  • Manage compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency when liaising with clients and third parties.
  • Respond rapidly to all incoming communications and requests, maintaining momentum on client applications.
  • Liaise with external organisations to drive applications forward and ensure KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Contact all new client leads within 60 seconds of submission.
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets and CRM records with accuracy and speed.
  • Handle complex and sometimes difficult client calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Consistently follow internal procedures (SOPs) both on and off calls.
Qualifications & Profile
  • We are less concerned about previous industry knowledge and more focused on finding the right personality fit. Training, including up-to-date sales techniques, will be provided for the right individual.
  • High energy and authenticity - naturally enthusiastic, resilient and genuine.
  • Positive mindset and strong personality - able to bring optimism into every client interaction.
  • High empathy for clients - with a willingness to go above and beyond to help.
  • A 'no complaints, get stuck in' attitude - thrives when things don’t go to plan and is not fazed by challenges.
  • Radical candour - confident yet empathetic communication, even when delivering difficult messages.
  • Strong work ethic - dedication to see tasks through and achieve results.
  • Solid administration and telephone customer service background.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office, CRM systems and spreadsheets (Excel/Google).
Why Apply
  • Join a friendly, close-knit and ambitious team with a strong vision for growth.
  • Enjoy a commission-based structure where performance directly drives earning potential.
  • Significant career development opportunity, including future potential for profit-share as the business grows.
  • Be part of an organisation committed to helping UK households access grant-funded home energy retrofit installations - a role with real purpose.

Important to note: This role is not suited to candidates looking for a steady-paced, fixed-hours office role. We are looking for career-driven, high-energy individuals who thrive in a demanding but rewarding environment.
