Compliance Administrator

Location: Leeds

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Salary: Up to £27,619 per annum

Role

We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our dedicated team in Leeds – Roseville Road. You will play a key role in supporting the operational team, ensuring smooth administration, accurate records, and excellent service delivery to residents, clients, and colleagues. The role will also involve aspects of social value administration, business support, and compliance coordination. You will assist in maintaining up-to-date compliance records on internal systems, helping to ensure we meet technical and regulatory standards. In addition, you will liaise effectively with subcontractors, stakeholders, and customer service teams to support seamless communication and ongoing service excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Operational team and Partnering Manager
  • Engage with colleagues, residents, and external stakeholders professionally via phone and email
  • Raise and process orders, ensuring correct certification for each property
  • Maintain accurate paperwork, ensuring jobs are coded correctly and records are up to date
  • Produce reports for management, including profit percentages and performance updates
  • Build effective working relationships with supervisors, housing teams, and contractors to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Support the team with scheduling, record-keeping, and general administration
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and job management systems
  • A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
