About the Firm

Our client is a global insurance law firm currently recruiting a Complex Property Lawyer on a largely home-working basis. The team handles high-value, high-profile cases for insurer clients, focusing on disputes arising from property damages such as fires, floods, storms, and explosions.

The work includes subrogated recovery claims (typically over 250K), defendant public liability property damage claims, and policy coverage advisory work and disputes. The team considers applications nationwide but requires travel to Manchester occasionally for meetings.

Requirements

You must be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive with at least six months of relevant property insurance experience. You should be technically proficient, capable of analyzing complex legal cases, and comfortable communicating with clients professionally.
