Our client is a global insurance law firm currently recruiting a Complex Property Lawyer on a largely home-working basis. The team represents insurer clients in high-value, high-profile, and challenging cases.

The work involves three main areas: subrogated recovery claims (typically over 250K), defendant public liability property damage claims, and policy coverage work including advice and disputes. The team handles cases related to damages from fires, floods, storms, water and oil escapes, explosions, and impact damage. Applications are considered nationwide, with occasional travel to Manchester for meetings.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive with at least six months' relevant property insurance experience. You should be technically proficient, capable of analyzing complex legal cases, and comfortable engaging with clients professionally.
