About the Role

An established healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join their Complex Care division. This pivotal role involves overseeing clinical governance, supporting staff training, and ensuring all care packages meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, conduct audits and assessments, and ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. The role offers a mix of office-based work and regional travel to oversee community care packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinical standards across all community-based care packages.
  • Conduct competency assessments, audits, and care plan reviews.
  • Support recruitment, training, and induction of nursing staff and carers.
  • Liaise with commissioners, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Investigate and report on incidents and clinical concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Governance teams to maintain outstanding quality.
About You
  • Registered Nurse (Adult or Child) with a valid NMC Pin.
