Complex Care Support Worker
Location: Norfolk Hours: 24 hour shifts – 12-hour day 8am-8pm, plus a sleeping night – 8pm-8am, 7 days per week available.
We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, adaptable and reliable female support worker to join our team and provide tailored support to a female in her late 20s with complex needs.
Due to role responsibilities, you must have a full UK driving licence.
About the Client: Our client is a 28-year-old female with severe epilepsy, autism & learning disabilities. She has a gastrostomy, a feeding tube and a PEG for medication. She requires oral suctioning and medication to control seizures.
She requires support with toileting, washing and dressing.
Her favourite activities include baking, jigsaw puzzles, walks, eating out in pubs and cafes, swimming and going to the beach.
Two friendly Labradors share the family home, so successful applicants must be comfortable in a household with dogs.
