Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, values-led team supporting a vibrant young adult with cerebral palsy. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will help her live life to the fullest, both at home and in the community. You will receive full clinical training and ongoing support to provide compassionate and consistent care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 2:1 care and personal support

  • Support daily routines with compassion and consistency

  • Join her for social outings, hobbies, and appointments

  • Learn specialist skills such as suctioning, gastrostomy care, and seizure response (full training provided)

Who We’re Looking For
  • Basic care experience (training given for complex needs)

  • Calm, friendly, and confident communicator

  • Willing to learn and upskill in complex care

  • Team player who enjoys being hands-on

  • Full UK driving licence essential
