Competition / Anti-Trust Associate

A new opportunity has arisen in the stellar Competition practice of a leading US law firm in London.

The team has global recognition and is led by a partner who is a leading light in Anti-Trust merger control work. The practice offers high profile, complex work in relation to M&A, foreign investment, merger control and CMA investigations.

The aim to hire a Competition Lawyer who is likely to be a mid to senior level Associate at a City firm. They will have excellent experience gained in a very well-regarded Competition practice, preferably, where they trained and qualified. Essential advisory experience includes merger control, regulatory advice, unfair pricing, anti-competitive agreements, and CMA investigations.

The successful candidate will enjoy deep exposure to big-ticket, cutting-edge work across sectors such as big Tech and Telecommunications. The firm is widely recognised for its inclusive culture, the emphasis it places on pro bono work and contribution to the community.
