A community health organization in England is seeking a Registered General Nurse to provide individualised nursing care for patients in the community. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care alongside supporting junior staff and promoting health education. Applicants must be RGN registered and hold a valid UK driving licence. This position offers a collaborative team environment focused on patient wellbeing.

Successful applicants will be responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualised nursing care to patients living in the community. They will support the Nursing Sisters of the team to manage the caseload and support junior staff. A commitment to health promotion, teaching and training is essential to optimise patients’ ability to self-manage their health needs and engage in maintaining their wellbeing.
