We are looking for a caring, motivated and dynamic community nurse to join our friendly, professional team.
You will be part of the Liskeard-Looe Community Nursing Team and work between two bases: Oaktree Surgery and Looe Police Station, covering Liskeard, Looe and the surrounding areas. You will collaborate closely with GPs, health and social care colleagues, therapists and voluntary organisations. Commitment to teamwork and innovative delivery of excellent care standards is required. Enthusiasm for community nursing as an autonomous practitioner and a desire for ongoing professional development is essential.
You should also have an understanding of the changing climate of care delivery in the community.
Shift patterns: 0800‑1600 and 1400‑2200.
This is a community-based role that requires frequent travel to various locations throughout the county, including areas that may not be accessible by public transportation. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate how they will manage these travel requirements.

We deliver community and hospital‑based care to improve people’s physical and mental health, and provide specialist support to people with dementia or a learning disability. We work in people’s homes, community clinics and bases, and some staff work from one of our 13 community hospitals.
