A leading retail agency is seeking a Community Manager to develop and implement training programs for retail partners across the UK. This role involves designing comprehensive training strategies, coordinating live events, and leveraging data analytics to enhance engagement. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in training management and is passionate about retail and digital training. The position is full-time, based in London, and requires some travel.

We at WorkShop are now looking for a Community Manager for Sonos that will be responsible for driving and developing the training programs. Do you have a passion for retail, people and digital and physical training? Do you have previous experience in project management and initiating and running retail engagement program and events? Then you could be the person we are looking for!
Your main responsibilities will be to develop and own the training program strategy and making sure it is translated into relevant activities in form of platform content and other activations and followed up with data to ensure engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, both on digital Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms and through live events, to enhance the knowledge and skills of our retail partners.
