Overview

COMMUNITY LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR - 14 HOURS PER WEEK - FIXED TERM UNTIL 31 MARCH 2026

Were looking for an experienced administrator to join the Faculty of Arts and Continuing Education at our Anniesland Campus. This role provides professional administrative support for funded projects, coordinating tasks, maintaining systems, offering advice, and working closely with the Community Learning & Development team to ensure accurate student records are maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for learners and partners, delivering excellent customer service
  • Support the enrolment, attendance, and certification processes
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and manage data using college systems such as Columbus and UNITe
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, events, and workshops
  • Process orders, requisitions, invoices, and cash in line with college financial procedures
  • Update and maintain the CLD team’s social media pages
  • Organise and minute meetings, book rooms and organise workshops/visits
Qualifications

You will be educated to SCQF Level 7 or have significant relevant experience in the specialist area. The successful candidate will provide first line contact for all enquiries, deliver consistently high standards of customer care when dealing with enquiries and complaints and will work collaboratively and flexibly within the administration team. You will be a proficient user of a range of Microsoft tools and have good attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge and experience of Integrated Grant funding administration is desirable.
