COMMUNITY LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR - 14 HOURS PER WEEK - FIXED TERM UNTIL 31 MARCH 2026
Were looking for an experienced administrator to join the Faculty of Arts and Continuing Education at our Anniesland Campus. This role provides professional administrative support for funded projects, coordinating tasks, maintaining systems, offering advice, and working closely with the Community Learning & Development team to ensure accurate student records are maintained.
You will be educated to SCQF Level 7 or have significant relevant experience in the specialist area. The successful candidate will provide first line contact for all enquiries, deliver consistently high standards of customer care when dealing with enquiries and complaints and will work collaboratively and flexibly within the administration team. You will be a proficient user of a range of Microsoft tools and have good attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge and experience of Integrated Grant funding administration is desirable.
Salary: £29,635 per annum (pro rata)
