The Citizens Theatre are looking for a Community Coordinator to join their team. This role will work across multiple projects within our Adults and Community Residencies strands, managing operational and people-facing aspects of the projects – ensuring clear communication, participant and partner liaison and support, recruitment, evaluation, budget oversight, and smooth logistical planning of sessions, project activities and sharing/public events. This is a role focused on supporting projects and people, as well as widening access opportunities for the communities we work with, and therefore it requires strong administrative skills and an approach to working that is problem-solving focused and flexible.
Contract Terms: This is a 0.8FTE post,(ie.4daysper week)up untilend–June 2026. After that it is guaranteed at0.5 FTE (2.5 days a week) for the remainder of the contract, with theaimtosecureadditionalfunding toretainthe project at 0.8 FTE.
Salary: £25,700 pro rata, fixed term for 3 years
