Overview

Do you have excellent IT skills, enjoy working within a clinic setting and love a challenge? We would like to hear from you. We are looking for an enthusiastic, approachable, and confident individual to join our friendly team in providing day to day reception and administration support for the services using Canford Heath Community Clinic and Upton Community Clinic.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administration support, reception duties, telephone and face to face contact with members of the public
  • Daily contact with clinicians and other professionals including our Estates Team
  • Co-ordinate clinic sessions and room bookings
  • Work within a team and provide ongoing support
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Eye for detail
  • Proven IT skills
Locations and Hours
  • Canford Heath Community Clinic: Monday and Tuesday 8.30–17.00
  • Upton Community Clinic: Thursday 8.30–16.30
