Do you have a caring nature, a full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle, and a genuine passion for supporting others? Do you enjoy a role where every shift is different, helping people feel comfortable, respected, and valued in their own homes? If so, we'd love to hear from you! As a Flexible Bank Care Assistant, your role is to provide essential personal care and support to individuals across a variety of shifts, helping them maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

  • Providing personal care such as washing, dressing, and supporting personal hygiene
  • Assisting with meals, drinks, and light household tasks
  • Offering companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
  • Prompting or administering medication in line with individual care plans
  • Observing and reporting any changes in wellbeing to the office or on-call team
  • Travelling between service users within Swadlincote (fuel allowance provided)
  • Working flexible bank shifts, including weekdays and weekends, as needed
  • Caring, reliable, and compassionate nature
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous care experience is welcome but not essential – full training provided
