Communications Channel Manager

Function: Corporate Affairs

Location: Edinburgh (St Andrews Sq) – hybrid with a mix of office & home working

Salary: £46,000 – £60,000 base depending on experience, plus full benefits listed below.

Contract: Permanent

Closing Date: 2nd January 2026

About the role

We want to wow the world with engaging stories on our culture, purpose and values. In this role, you’ll manage and own HEINEKEN internal communication channels, ensuring they are innovative, engaging and align with strategy and target audiences.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, you will use data to evaluate the impact of traditional, digital and social communications.

Responsibilities
  • Use data and insights to evolve and refine HEINEKEN UK’s internal communications channel strategy, identifying trends and ensuring campaigns have wide reach and engagement.
  • Establish strong relationships within the Corporate Affairs team and key stakeholders to curate innovative and exciting content.
  • Provide consistent communication and reporting to the team and other stakeholders to ensure clarity on content, performance and results.
  • Support the creation and implementation of campaigns across internal channels, using data and insight to guide editorial and report outputs.

Ways of Working

Our office sites operate a hybrid model – Tuesdays, Thursdays and one other day in the office, and two days from home. You are welcome to work from the office on those days as well.
