We are opening a brand-new, purpose-built 60-bed nursing home on Edinburgh Road, Linlithgow, designed to deliver high-quality care for older adults living with frailty, nursing needs and dementia.

We’re looking for an ambitious, values-led Home Manager to take full ownership of its success from day one. As our founding leader, you’ll recruit your own team, embed the culture, and set the standards that will define this home for years to come. With the full backing of an established and highly supportive care provider, you’ll have the autonomy to lead your vision and the expertise behind you to ensure the home thrives from opening through to full occupancy and beyond.
