Profile

Our client is a successful water treatment/water hygiene company known for supplying high-quality water treatment and commissioning services to clients across the UK. The company are currently recruiting for an experienced and hardworking Commissioning Engineer based in and around the Bolton area. The successful applicant will hold previous experience as a commissioning engineer and will be experienced in carrying out equipment calibration duties as well inspecting and balancing air and water systems on various site types.

Applications will be considered from – Blackburn, Preston, Manchester, Wigan, Manchester, Warrington, Liverpool, and Lancaster.

Experience / Qualifications
  • Good knowledge of the BSRIA guidelines.
  • Experience in balancing air and water systems.
  • Background in water treatment, technical and maintenance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Package.
  • Previous experience working in a water treatment commissioning role within the water industry (desirable).
The Role
  • Carrying out commissioning duties on air and water systems, including balancing, inspection and validations.
  • Following relevant Health and Safety legislation and company procedures.
  • Training staff as and when required.
  • Inspections of project installations.
  • Preparing quotations and producing reports.
  • Undertake some water treatment duties when needed.
  • Liaising with clients on a regular basis.
