Job description

Overview

We are currently seeking a Commercial Vehicle Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive fleet maintenance workshop, based in the Motherwell area.

Salary and Benefits

You can expect a salary of up to £37,315 with OTE of circa £50,000.

• Basic salary of £37,315 per year
• £4.49/hour premium for hours worked between 8pm-6am
• 2x pay for Saturday work after midday

Duties

• Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs or LCVs
• Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
• Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
• Completion of MOT preparation
• Vehicle Inspection

Requirements

• Previous working experience within a HGV Technician / LCV Fitter role
• Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Excellent mechanical knowledge
• A Class 1 Licence

Hours

Hours of work for this Commercial Vehicle Technician job are:

• Week 1: 07:30 - 16:00
• Week 2: 12:30 - 20:00
• Saturdays (when required): Paid at 2x rate after 12:00
