About You

A Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive with at least one year of main dealer sales experience. You are enthusiastic, self‑motivated and able to identify new business opportunities, support colleagues and influence in both positive and negative circumstances.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Support colleagues within the team.
  • Listen well and influence and persuade customers in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Training & Induction

For the first five days you will attend a residential induction academy in the Northampton countryside. You will return to the academy for an additional three days in your first month to complete training.

Requirements
  • 19 years old or older.
  • Full driving licence held for at least six months.
  • Specific details of experience, skills and previous responsibilities relevant to the role.
