A leading insurance provider is seeking a Commercial Trading Manager to define and improve trading metrics. Based in London or Leeds, this role combines a hybrid work model with a focus on data-driven commercial strategies. The successful candidate will leverage strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, aiming to double customer growth from 250k to 500k. The successful candidate will be a data native who can couple data skills to build credible insight into trading performance and then work with pricing & underwriting, technology and operational teams to deliver initiatives to drive trade.
