Job description

Our client is a very well respected insurance brokerage, based on the outskirts of Sheffield and with plenty of parking. They have been successful for many years and have exciting growth plans for 2023, which requires creating 2 brand new roles within the commercial SME team.

In this role, you will join a busy department dealing with clients with annual premium spends of up to £15K, this could be anything from a sole trader to a commercial combined policy. You will be allocated your client portfolio, with which you will be able to develop quality relationships.

The role is primarily existing business oriented, making amendments and adjustments to existing policies as well as marketing and negotiating renewals. There will be a lot of client and insurer contact on a daily basis. There will also be some requirement to work on new business enquires, taking details and marketing risks.

Ideal applicants will have at least 2 + years commercial insurance broking experience, be team oriented and with a natural inclination to provide exceptional customer service. This is a busy department which requires high levels of organisation, attention to detail and strong communication skills. Previous Acturis use would be beneficial.

Full support will be provided towards CII studies. You be provided with a competitive basic salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
