A legal services firm in Torquay seeks an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE. You will manage a diverse caseload involving commercial acquisitions, leasehold matters, and client relationships. Commercial Property Solicitor, 2-4 Years PQE, Torquay, £competitive – A new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new opportunity. JOB REF: 0874.
THE ROLE:
• You’ll work with a diverse client base including commercial landlords, developers, and agricultural businesses.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include commercial acquisitions and disposals, leasehold matters, landlord and tenant transactions and development work
• You will assist more senior members of the team with more complex matters.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 2-4 Years PQE
• Experience of Agricultural law would be advantageous.
• Confident in managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
• Commercially minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable building and maintaining strong client relationships
