A well-established commercial property law team inEsheris seeking aSolicitor(NQ+) to join its busy and growing practice.

You’ll be joining a highly regarded team known across Surrey and London for delivering top-tiercommercial property lawservices. The firm is recognised for its award-winning culture, with a strong emphasis on support, collaboration and work-life balance.

Many of the firm’sSolicitors, including partners, are ex-City trained and bring a wealth of experience in both commercial and complex residential property matters.

You will work closely with one of the firm’s senior ex-City partners, taking over existing files and handling new instructions from a loyal client base and extensive referral network.

As aCommercial Property Solicitor, your caseload will include:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Property finance

To be successful with your application you must be:
