Overview

We are currently working in partnership with a highly regarded law firm based in North Bimringham who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE to take the next step in their career within a supportive and ambitious legal environment.

The successful candidate will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of commercial property matters for a broad client base, including landlords, tenants, developers, and investors. You'll also play a key role in helping to develop client relationships and contribute to the team’s continued success.

Responsibilities
  • Handling a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, lease renewals, and property finance
  • Advising clients on freehold and leasehold transactions, development projects, and land agreements
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences, and contracts
  • Conducting due diligence and overseeing all aspects of the transaction process
  • Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining long-term client relationships
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in Commercial Property Law
  • Solid technical knowledge and ability to manage complex transactions independently
