Our Client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse commercial property caseload, provide supervision to junior team members, and contribute to the continued growth of the Property department.

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Lawyer:
  • Manage a full caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and refinancing.
  • Provide supervision and support to junior team members, ensuring high standards of work.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant property law regulations and maintain a high standard of client care.
  • Actively contribute to the development and marketing of the Property department to expand its client base and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other key stakeholders.
Commercial Property Lawyer Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Commercial Property law.
  • Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable.
  • A proactive approach to business development and marketing, with an interest in growing the department.
