£65,000 + OTE
Spheric Digital Recruitment are working with a fast-growing SaaS vendor who are looking for a Commercial Partnerships Lead to drive their next phase of growth through strategic, revenue-generating partnerships.
This is a high-impact role where you'll build and execute a commercial-first partnerships strategy, creating new revenue streams by identifying, engaging, and managing commercial partners. Success in this role will be measured directly by your ability to generate new business leads and revenue.
Develop and execute a data-driven commercial partnerships strategy
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value partners (e.g. digital agencies, e-commerce platforms, consultants)
Own revenue and lead generation via partnership initiatives, accountable for qualified leads & pipeline
Launch co-branded campaigns with marketing (webinars, case studies, content marketing)
Negotiate and finalise commercial agreements with new partners
Report on performance metrics (lead volume, conversion, ROI) and optimise strategy
Build strong long-term relationships to maximise partner value
Proven track record in commercial partnerships, business development or channel marketing within B2B SaaS
Evidence of generating leads and revenue through partnerships
Strong commercial acumen, data-driven mindset and ROI focus
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, autonomous, and target-driven
