Senior Commercial Manager - Exhibitions

Salary: £40,000 - £47,000, uncapped commission. Excellent benefits. Location: London. Industry: leading events business.

This role focuses on sponsorship sales for exhibitions across the leading exhibition portfolio – Food & Drink. Strong sponsorship or exhibition sales experience is key.

Responsibilities
  • Sell exhibition and sponsorship across the portfolio with emphasis on sponsorship sales.
  • Possibly manage a junior sales person.
  • Support fast-track progression with potential movement into leadership within 12 months, taking on strategic and organizational responsibilities.
  • Contribute to a high-performing sales team and uphold the company culture and reputation.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of exhibition sales experience, ideally sponsorship-led with a proven track record of driving sales results.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving results within exhibitions and sponsorship sales, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively to maximise productivity.
  • High emotional intelligence, skilled at building and sustaining strong internal and external relationships.
  • Personable, enthusiastic, proactive, solutions-oriented, and a true team player committed to collective success.
