Qualifications

• Refurbishment experience within the industrial roofing sector is highly advantageous.
• Extensive experience as an Estimator, Commercial Manager or related positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts and construction for roofing and cladding refurbishment services.
• Support a new division, overseeing commercial functions across projects.
• Maintain full commercial control, including cash flow forecasts and valuations.
• Procure materials and negotiate subcontract packages.
• Ensure contractual and technical requirements are met, including RFIs and value engineering.
• Work independently and collaboratively using construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Contract Manager/Construction Manager position dealing with various roofing and cladding refurbishment services; felts, liquid systems, flat roofing systems, single ply, industrial cladding systems etc.
• Develop and support a new division, overseeing commercial, compliance, and supply chain functions across multiple projects.
• Maintain full commercial control, including CVRs, cash flow forecasts, valuations, and project accounts.
• Procure materials and negotiate subcontract packages, managing variations, payments, and final accounts.
• Ensure contractual, technical, and Employer’s Requirements are met, including RFIs, submittals, and value engineering.
• Proactive, forward-thinking approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively using construction management software.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of various roofing systems; felts, liquid systems, flat roofing systems, single ply, industrial cladding systems etc.
