What will you be doing?

  • You will be leading commercial activities for the Civil Nuclear side
  • Providing commercial and contract management support across projects
  • Supporting commercial bids, including risk assessment and tender review
  • Reviewing, negotiating and drafting NEC contracts, subcontract agreements and NDAs
  • Preparing and monitoring risk registers and contract compliance
  • Holding delivery meetings

Where will you be doing it?

Our client is a leading company within the nuclear waste management and decommissioning field.

What you'll need:

  • Experience working within commercial/contract roles
  • NEC Certified Practitioner
  • Experience with NEC 3/4 contract writing
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001/14011 & 45001
