A global electronics manufacturing company is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead a sales team and manage major accounts in the aerospace and defence sectors. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills and experience in regulated industries. This strategic role involves overseeing a portfolio worth approximately £15m, shaping commercial strategies, and working closely with engineering and operations for optimal outcomes. This position offers a hybrid work model, appealing salary, and various benefits.

BASIC SALARY: £65,000 - £75,000
LOCATION: Hybrid with on average 50% office based (Bedford)
COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Northampton, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Luton, Peterborough, Leicester, Birmingham, Oxford, Stevenage, Harlow, Huntingdon, Coventry, Banbury
