A Ready-Made Caseload – No BD, No Stress

This role is different from your standard commercial litigation position. The work is already there – high-quality, varied, complex, and flowing. You won’t need to chase leads or build a portfolio from scratch. Instead, your focus will be on delivering outstanding work for a varied and impressive client base.

The team is looking for someone with experience of handling complex and technical commercial litigation matters. While a background in broad commercial litigation is definitely welcome, it’s by no means essential. If your expertise lies specifically in property litigation or construction disputes, you are still very much of interest – those specialisms stand strong in their own right within the team.

You’ll act for both claimants and defendants across a wide range of sectors, and the nature of the work means no two weeks will ever look the same.

Shape the Team and Lead the Way

This is a senior role, ideally suited to someone around the 10 years’ PQE mark, although strong commercial litigators with slightly less or more experience will be considered. You’ll have management responsibilities and the chance to mentor others – perfect for someone who enjoys developing people and leading by example.
