A leading consumer intelligence firm in Oxford is seeking a proactive individual to join the Commercial Inbox team in a sales and account management role. The successful candidate will manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and provide exceptional client experiences. Key qualifications include strong relationship-building skills and a minimum of two years in a commercial-facing role. You will be part of a team that is responsible for aligning customer priorities and insights back to NIQ’s capabilities, identifying & converting opportunities to deepen commercial relationships and drive additional revenue.
You will be responsible for owning the commercial relationship with a number of clients, delivering on the revenue plans by negotiating the renewal of continuous services whilst identifying opportunities to meet growth targets. You will develop effective relationships between individuals and teams both internally and with clients, to provide best in class NIQ / client commercial partnerships.
