Job title: Commercial Associate Solicitor

Salary: £57,000-£70,000

PQE Level: 3-6 PQE

Working Hours: Full-time

We are instructed by a highly respected regional law firm to source a technically strong and commercially astute Solicitor to join its expanding team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a lawyer seeking quality work and genuine scope for career progression. The successful candidate will advise an impressive range of clients - from early-stage enterprises and charitable organisations to privately owned UK businesses and multinational subsidiaries - across a broad spectrum of commercial issues.

In the role you will
  • Draft, negotiate and advise on commercial contracts, licensing, IP, and IT arrangements
  • Work on Data protection compliance and strategic advisory work
  • Support on transactional corporate matters in cross-practice collaboration
  • Handle sector-specific work including emerging tech and AI regulation
