• Previous experience within a commercial or sales department is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Are you a dynamic, detail-oriented individual with a flair for both commercial operations and marketing? Uniserve is searching for a Commercial Assistant join our thriving commercial department.

What you'll be doing:

• Source and process supplier costs for all freight forwarding activities, with a focus on our Remote sector.
• Manage and update CRM systems (including CW1) to maintain customer opportunities and build sales pipelines.
• Assist with the design, production, and maintenance of our Marketing & PR Profile, including social media and website updates.
• Provide commercial support, including rate quotations, VIP client tariff sheets, and internal telesales.
• Conduct market and competitor research and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

• Experience in a logistics or freight forwarding environment is a must
• Previous experience within a commercial or sales department
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
