Role Overview

Our client is looking to recruit a strong commercial administration manager. Reporting to the MD you will play a key role in supporting a wide variety within the operations field as well as managing day to day help desk advisors. You will be an excellent organiser and have an understanding of KPI's within public sector contracts and be able to enhance decision making information.

About you
  • Likely experience - Office based Operations Manager, Administration Manager, Senior Administrator or Office Manager
  • Experience within building maintenance engineering in a high volume environment
  • Strong business improvement expertise
  • Expert use of Microsoft tools to prepare reports and automate workflows
  • Implement systems, policies and processes to ensure operational areas work to the highest level
  • Manage internal communications to ensure regular updates to the team
  • Be the point of contact for the team in relation to operational issues and also to external clients
