College Guardian (Security)

40 hrs per week, 36 weeks per year, Thurrock Campus.

This post represents an opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the security and environmental care throughout a multi‑site College. The role plays an active part in monitoring student behaviour and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for all. Working in partnership with Support Services and Academic Departments, customer service skills are essential with the ability to work flexibly and under pressure. The role requires a critical thinker, with excellent interpersonal skills and an innovative and proactive approach.

Postholder must have a valid SIA licence and be willing to retain this throughout the course of their employment. Driving licence and availability to a vehicle will be required. Please see the role specification for full details.
