Overview

Cocktail Waiter. We are currently looking for a Cocktail Waiter to join our Whisky Bar team at 5 Hertford Street, a beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the highest standard of drinks and service are consistently demonstrated.
• To develop and maintain positive guest and colleague relations.
• Confidently recommend drinks selections to match the guests needs.
• Sense guest needs and quickly respond to maximise satisfaction.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous.
• Languages: English – Advanced

• Salary: up to £37,000 yearly

Working Hours

The working hours for this role are on a rota basis with shifts between Monday and Saturday. There will be a variety of shifts, with the latest finish of 3am on a rota basis. The club is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
