A leading healthcare provider in Crawley is looking for a Band 4 Coordinator to manage community therapy team referrals. The role involves coordinating appointments and collaborating with various healthcare professionals. The post holder should be a creative and clear thinker, with administrative experience and with excellent skills with technology to help manage our Community therapy team referrals.

To ensure that an accurate and up-to-date patient record is maintained by updating our clinical system as necessary. Training will be provided.

To process incoming referrals to the community therapy team, make appointments for patients, communicating with members of the multidisciplinary team
