An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Coordinator to join our team.

The post holder should be a creative and clear thinker, with administrative experience and with excellent skills with technology to help manage our Community therapy team referrals.

Your role would involve:

  • Processing community therapy team referrals
  • Phone call with patients, staff, health care professionals
  • Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Through close liaison with the Team lead, to manage the team waiting lists, allocating visits contacting patients, booking appointments

Main duties of the job

To ensure that an accurate and up-to-date patient record is maintained by updating our clinical system as necessary. Training will be provided.

Qualifications
  • GCSE passes at Grade C or above or equivalent experience
