Job description

Leading tooling solutions company, established for over 80 years, seeks a 5‑Axis CNC Setter to set and operate Matsuura 5‑axis CNC machines. Joining a long‑serving team who are passionate about delivering first‑class service, as 5-axis CNC Setter you will be responsible for machining a wide variety of tooling across different materials, taking a personal, hands‑on approach to each tool produced.

Successful candidate for the position of 5-axis CNC Setter would possess experience in Fanuc controls ideally and be self‑motivated, able to work independently and willing to make own decisions on how best to machine a job. Offered as a permanent contract, the role of 5-axis CNC Setter offers market competitive salary plus overtime opportunities, company benefits and immediate start available.

5-axis CNC Setter duties include :

• Set and Operate 5-axis Matsuura machinery using Fanuc controls
• Maintain machine cleanliness, tooling condition, and safe working practices
• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all tooling

Location : Willenhall, West Midlands

Hours of work : 7 : 30am - 4 : 00pm Monday to Thursday, 7 : 30am - 12 : 30pm Friday

Salary : £16 to £17 per hour (dependent upon experience)

Overtime available @ time and a third

Benefits : Pension, Leisurebank (additional annual leave)
