A leading health care organization in Bournemouth is seeking a Clinical Lead to manage patient referrals and provide clinical supervision within Community Mental Health Teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in community mental health, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and be dedicated to exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment. A DBS check is required for this role.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead to support the delivery of exceptional patient care at Bournemouth East Adult CMHT. We are seeking an experienced clinician with a strong background in Community Mental Health Teams and some leadership experience to join us as a Clinical Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing referrals, overseeing duty management and clinical coordination, as well as providing clinical supervision and performance monitoring for staff. You will hold a caseload of complex patients, delivering expert clinical care while supporting recruitment and staff development within the team. A thorough understanding of the CQC framework is essential, as is the ability to ensure compliance with all organisational standards. Strong communication skills are vital, as the role requires working across various areas within the CMHT and frequently liaising with other services.
